Custom or Personalized Products: These items cannot be canceled once production has started. 

Sale or Discounted Items:  Promotional items may have specific cancellation terms, which will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

How to Cancel Your Order

• Go to the ‘Order History’ section. 
• Find the order you wish to cancel. 

Click ‘Cancel Order’ and follow the instructions provided.

Refund Process for Canceled Orders 

Once your order cancellation is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but most refunds are processed within a few business days.
